Once items are added to your cart, select your wedding date, and complete the checkout process. A 50% deposit of the total order is collected at checkout, and the remaining balance is charged to the card on file upon shipment. Your order is estimated to arrive 3 days before your event and should be returned to your local FedEx location using the pre-paid return labels the next business day.
We are located in Louisiana, but we ship anywhere in the United States & Canada, with the exception of Hawaii.
We do not have a storefront. We are an online-based company. We go through great lengths to show you detailed photos of our flowers. We want you to know exactly what your flowers will look like as they walk down the aisle.
We ship everywhere in the United States of America and Canada, with the exception of Hawaii. Orders shipped to Canada are subject to additional duties and fees which are based on the subtotal of the order and the province to which the order is being shipped. This fee will be collected by FedEx, on behalf of the Canadian Government, and is out of our control. We strongly recommend having a customs broker on standby in case prepayment of any related customs and duties fees is needed prior to releasing the imported shipment.
Yes, there are two ways you can preview our blooms! You can order a preview pack and sample two bridesmaid bouquets, two centerpieces, or one of each. Preview packs are shipped via ground transit service, with an estimated delivery date that is not guaranteed. Preview packs are intended for in-home trials, not for special events. If you would like to view our products for an event please place an order for a regular rental to ensure on-time delivery. Or you can visit one of our retail partners near you to see a bridal bouquet in store.
Yes! You are welcome to mix & match products from different collections to achieve your desired look. For example, pair the Jane Bridal bouquet with the Stella Bridesmaid bouquets.
Yes! We hand select every flower stem that goes into each of our designs, sourcing our flowers from a premium silk floral supplier. We’re perfectionists, detail-oriented, and only want to provide the most gorgeous wedding flowers. Our flowers look fantastic in photos and even better in person. Yes, you're able to PURCHASE a toss bouquet for $12 at checkout. This one is for keeps! The toss bouquet is made of premium silk ivory peonies and coordinates perfectly with any collection you choose. Toss bouquets are not eligible for return or refund.
No, we do not design custom collections by request. But we are always working on new designs and concepts and strive to offer a variety of beautiful, on-trend wedding flower options for every style. Feel free to get in touch with us to ask about any collections that might be in the works. Keep in mind that you are able to mix & match pieces from different collections.
Yes! You can rent a bridal bouquet for your bridal portrait session, by placing a separate order for this occasion. Simply select the bouquet of your choice and the dates that coordinate with your session.
Yes! We totally understand that some brides love their bouquets so much they want it to have and to hold forever, and what a perfect keep-sake! You can purchase a brand new, never rented before bouquet starting at $220. During checkout, you’ll be asked if you’d like to receive your purchased bouquet early. By selecting this option, you’ll receive your bouquet within 10 business days of placing your order. Purchased bridal bouquets must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date to receive a full refund.
Yes! We sell cake cluster bundles that coordinate with each of our collections. The cake clusters are for PURCHASE and should not be returned. Purchase multiple bundles to achieve the cake design of your dreams!
Yes, our centerpieces come to you just as they are photographed. Centerpieces are secured tightly within the vase to withstand shipping conditions, so flowers cannot be removed.
No, our blooms are not water-resistant. While our premium silk flowers are crafted with meticulous attention to detail and designed to mimic the beauty of real flowers, they are not designed to withstand water exposure. Exposing our silk flowers to water may cause the colors to bleed or cause water damage and could result in a damage fee.

Simply add all desired products to your shopping cart, select your wedding date, and review and agree to our rental policy. Next, you will be prompted to submit your payment information. We will charge a 50% deposit at the time of check out. This will secure your wedding flowers for your wedding date. The remaining balance will automatically be initiated when your order ships. All costs on our website are in USD, and the conversion will take place through your financial institution.
Edits to an order can be made through your customer portal by clicking 'Edit Quantities’ and ‘Add New Products’ within the order details. Edits to an order can be made up to 10 days before the event date. No edits can be made to an order within 10 days of the event date. Order subjected to fulfillment 1-2 days before est. ship date. We recommend placing your order 4-6 months before your wedding date, but at least a minimum of 10 days out. If you are looking to book within 10 days of your event date, please reach out to email@example.com.
The final balance will be charged when your flowers are shipped from our facility, up to 10 days prior to the wedding date. You will receive a payment confirmation email once the remaining balance has been initiated.
No! You will receive a prepaid shipping label along with instructions when you receive your order. All shipping costs for the delivery and return are included in your order.

We must uphold our terms and conditions which state that any orders canceled less than 90 days out from the original event date will forfeit the 50% deposit. If you are considering rescheduling, we suggest leaving your order open to give you time to make those decisions. Please notify us of your plans at email@example.com. All rented items are disinfected before and after every rental. Bouquet stems are wrapped with a NEW satin ribbon before every rental. In addition, all products are “quarantined” during transit for a minimum of 3 days before arriving at your doorstep.
As a valued SBBlooms customer, we appreciate your commitment to handling our arrangements with utmost care. Each item includes built-in insurance to account for ordinary wear and tear, such as broken flowers, damaged petals, minor stains, or other naturally occurring signs of use. However, you are accountable for any damage that exceeds normal wear. This includes actions like disassembling arrangements, causing burns, excessive staining, and subjecting items to water or fire damage. Should you return a product exhibiting damage beyond normal wear and tear, you will be held responsible for 50% of the rental cost for that specific item.
We are willing and able to reschedule your event date to any future date without any restrictions or change fees. If you need to reschedule your event date, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once a preview pack is placed, edits cannot be made. Preview Packs canceled more than 7 days before the ship date will receive a full refund. Preview packs canceled within 7 days of the ship date will forfeit the amount paid. Orders are subject to ship 1-2 prior to the estimated ship date.
Wedding orders canceled MORE than 90 days before the event date will receive a full refund of monies paid towards the order. Wedding orders canceled WITHIN 90 days of the event date will forfeit the 50% deposit paid.
Purchase goods include: Bridal bouquet purchases, loose stems, cake clusters, home decor goods, and watercolor prints. Purchased goods are NOT eligible for cancellation once the order is placed. Please see our RETURN Policy for more information.

All purchase goods may be returned within 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY for a refund. Customers must email email@example.com to initiate a return or exchange within 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Items must be returned in original packaging and in new, unused condition. The customer will be refunded in the form of the original payment, less the shipping cost. The customer will be provided a return label and will be responsible for the return shipping cost ($10). Purchase goods include: Bridal bouquet purchases, loose stems, cake clusters, home decor goods, watercolor prints. Toss bouquets are NOT eligible for return.
All rental items are rented for a period of five days, beginning 3 days before the event date and ending the next business day. Please return your order to your local FedEx the next business day to avoid any late fees. A $25 per date late fee will apply to orders not initiated on the return date.
If a product is not returned or is returned damaged beyond easy repair, you are responsible for 150% of the rental cost of that item. Decor Sets consisting of the main product with an added item (ex: candlestick with a candle/lantern with a candle/votive holder with tealight candle) will be marked as a COMPLETE return when ALL components of the set are received. The customer will be responsible for any component not returned and will be subject to fees of 150% of the rental costs for the main item and hard cost for the added item. (Example: Tealight: $1, Taper: $4, Pillar (SM): $5, Pillar (LG): $5)
