Terms and Conditions
By making a purchase with Something Borrowed Blooms, LLC, the customer agrees that he/she understands and is accepting the following Terms and Conditions.
All rental items are rented for a period of four days, beginning two days before the scheduled event date and ending one day after the event date. The customer agrees to return all rental items within this time period to Something Borrowed Blooms, LLC. The customer further agrees that the rented property shall  not be used beyond the intended capacity;  not be used in any manner for which it was not designed or designated;  not be used near an open flame;  not be used in a negligent manner.
The customer hereby agrees that he/she shall fully indemnify Something Borrowed Blooms, LLC for any and all damage to or loss of the rented property. A ten dollar insurance fee will be added to the shipping fees per order to cover damages, including broken flowers, damaged pedals, stains or other determined natural wear of the product. Insurance will not cover items not returned. The buyer shall be responsible for the full retail value of unreturned items, estimated at 150% of rented value.
RETURN OF PROPERTY TO SOMETHING BORROWED BLOOMS, LLC
The customer hereby agrees to return the rented property and all original packaging materials to Something Borrowed Blooms, LLC using the provided prepaid postage label. The property must be returned to the determined shipping provider one day after the event date (return date). If this day falls on a Sunday or Federal Holiday, return on the following day. A $20 late fee will be charged per day, if not returned to the determined shipping provider by the date/time agreed to herein. A $50 fee will be charged for each packaging insert not returned.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE ORDER POLICY
Something Borrowed Blooms, LLC requires a 90 day notice on cancellations in order to have the deposit refunded. Orders cancelled less than 90 days before the rental date will forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations must be submitted via email to email@example.com.
Changes to an order can be made up to 90 days before your rental date. Submit change order requests via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
